AI assistants
One answers visitors to the site, one helps you while you work, one builds automations on your behalf. They are already inside, not a separate product to buy.
The same old problem
Every platform has its manual, and nobody reads it. Not out of laziness: when you need an answer you want it right then, on the screen you are looking at, about your situation, not a general chapter written for everyone.
The same thing happens on the other side to somebody thinking of buying from you: a trivial question at eleven at night, no answer anywhere, and they are gone.
Who answers you
For site visitors
The bubble at the bottom right answers questions from whoever is browsing. It is free and has a daily message cap per visitor.
For you, the seller
Inside the panel it knows where you are and what you are doing: how to set a seasonal price, why a product is not buyable, where a particular setting lives.
For installers
Installers and authorised providers get an assistant that knows the operating procedures in detail, screen by screen.
For automations
Describe in words what you want to happen and it drafts the automation for you to read over and switch on. More on the automations page.
How they are paid for
The assistant that answers visitors is free and costs you nothing. The others consume credits, and credits come in two kinds:
- The ones in your plan: an amount that fills back up every month. They do not stack: what you leave unused in January does not join February's.
- The ones you buy separately: no expiry, they sit there until you spend them.
When you ask something the monthly ones go first, and only then the bought ones. So you never burn permanent credits while free ones quietly expire.
Simple questions cost little, the ones that take real work cost more. The tally is always visible in the panel, before and after.
The rules they keep to
Four things worth knowing before you trust them.
- You always decide. They prepare, propose, explain. The button that changes something is pressed by you.
- Each one sees only its own house. A seller's assistant knows that seller's situation and nothing else.
- They answer from written documentation. Operational answers come from manuals kept up to date, not vague recollection.
- They admit when they do not know. When a question falls outside their range they say so rather than invent.
In which language
They answer in the language you write in. That holds for whoever is browsing the site and for you inside the panel: if it suits you to ask a question in your own language about a screen you are reading in English, you can.
Try it now
The bubble at the bottom right is the visitors' one: ask it something about Roraima and see how it answers.
