Hotels and guesthouses
A reception desk cannot stay open twenty-four hours, but trains and planes do not know that. With Roraima the room opens itself when it needs to, and your staff stop waiting up.
The same old problem
With several rooms the problem is not one key handover: it is that arrivals never agree with each other. One at seven in the morning, one at one at night, one who writes to say they might make it tomorrow. Keeping somebody on the desk to cover those hours costs more than those rooms bring in.
Then there is the part nobody mentions: keys that vanish, cards that demagnetise, and a front door code that half the town knows after two seasons.
What changes
- A different code per guest and per room, expiring by itself at departure. Nothing to collect back, nothing to reprogram.
- Main door and room together: somebody arriving at two in the morning gets into the building and their room without waking anyone.
- A record of who came in: if a guest says the door would not open, you look it up instead of arguing.
- Instant revocation if a booking falls through or somebody leaves early.
The rooms stay yours to sell
Your online shop sells rooms with your name above them, and the calendar stays in step with the other channels you are on. The page is free, and Roraima takes no commission on bookings: if the guest pays by card, the only cost is the card fee, as we explain on the payments page.
On top of rooms you can sell the rest: late checkout, parking, pool or gym access for people who are not staying. Small lines that stop being small once you multiply them by a season.
Several properties, one panel
If you run more than one building, each stays a distinct property with its own details and its own filings, but you see them all on the same page. Guest data filings are prepared for the right property, without you having to remember which portal goes with which address.
Your staff
The people who work with you need neither a bunch of keys nor the guests' codes. Housekeeping comes in on its own access, valid during their working hours and no longer.
You do not have to convert the whole hotel at once. Most people start with the rooms that take the worst arrivals, and widen it after a season.

Start with the awkward rooms
The ones with the worst arrival times are also where the difference shows up fastest.
