Your online shop

Your page is free, and Roraima takes no commission on bookings. If the guest pays by card, the only cost is the small card fee; each booking received uses 2 credits, extra services use more, and you receive 500 free credits every month.

An address of your own, with your name and your logo, where visitors see only what you sell. No competitor alongside, no suggestion nudging them elsewhere.

The same old problem

On the big portals the customer is never really yours. They land on your page and find ten similar places underneath, often cheaper because somebody decided to lose money rather than stay empty. If they book, the commission walks away. If they do not, you have just advertised your neighbour. The problem is not visibility: it is that the shop window is not yours and somebody else writes the rules.

What your shop looks like

On Roraima every seller has their own space, at an address you can text to somebody or print on a card. Inside there is your work and nothing else:

  • Your name and your logo at the top of the page, not ours.
  • Only your products: visitors never see anyone else's catalogue.
  • Your own introduction, with the photos and the words you choose.
  • Your prices, set by you and changed whenever you like.

Every seller has their own front: same street, separate shops.

What you can put in it

Not just nights. A Roraima shop can sell several different kinds of thing, and all of them at once:

Stays and time slots

A flat by the night, a room by the hour, a court by the match. With a calendar, seasonal prices and availability.

Access and services

The use of something for a stretch of time or a number of goes: the shower, the charger, the washing machine, the pool. More on the Selling by time and tokens page.

Device controls

On, off, open: the buyer finds in their panel the controls for the supported devices you granted them, and nothing else.

Paid extras

A late checkout, parking, gym access: small things that get added to the bill.

Who buys, and how

The customer picks, pays by card and gets their confirmation straight away, or books and settles directly with you. They do not have to sign up for anything or download an app: they open the link they received and find their own page, with what they bought and the controls that come with it.

Card payments reach your account, not ours, and Roraima keeps no share of them: the only cost is the small card fee. Extra services linked to bookings, such as importing the ones you receive on other portals, lock codes and the legally required filings in Italy, use the month's credits. There is more on that on the payments page.

A link that carries the dates

When someone asks how much it costs from 12 to 15 October for two people, you usually send an address and then explain where to click. Not here. In your panel you pick the arrival, the departure and the number of guests, and copy a link with a button. Whoever opens it finds your shop with those dates already chosen, the calendar on the right month and the total for the stay in front of them, without typing anything.

Put it wherever you need it, in an email, in a message, on social media or on your property's Google profile. Whoever opens it stays inside your shop, with your name above, and does not land on a Roraima page.

If those nights have been taken in the meantime, the page opens all the same and says so, offering the closest free dates. Whoever received the link finds the place you sent them, not a list with no explanation.

The shop stays yours even if you stop: the customers you brought in remain your contacts, not a gift to a middleman.

How long it takes to set up

The shop exists from the moment you register: upload a logo, write a couple of lines of introduction, publish the first thing you sell. Nobody has to build you a website, and there is nothing technical to keep up to date.

If you also sell elsewhere

Having your own shop does not mean pulling your listings off the other portals. The calendar keeps itself in step, so you can go on selling wherever you like and gradually move your regulars onto the direct channel, where you keep more.

Start with a logo and one product

That is enough to have an address you can send to your first customer. The page is free, and bookings pay no commission to Roraima.
