- On the properties you manage directly you do everything a regular owner does, including IoT controls, scenarios and smart lock management. Payments arrive straight into your account
- When an owner registered on Roraima delegates their properties to you, you handle bookings, availability and check-in, and the payments arrive straight into their account
- The Property statement tells you what each property earned, with delegated properties kept apart from your own
- Legal obligations in Italy, calendar synchronisation and advanced tools on a single platform

For anyone who sells the devices Roraima supports, installs them for customers in their area, or does both.

How to read this page
The plans are free, and Roraima takes no commission on sales. If the customer pays by card, the card network keeps its own fee. Each booking received uses 2 credits and some extra services use more; every plan receives 500 free credits a month. If you rent out accommodation or spaces, the plan counts units: each room, apartment, pitch or other space that can be booked counts as one, even when several identical units are part of the same listing. The beds of a shared room are not counted. Equipment and spaces sold by time or by use count as one per listing.
