General
What General controls
General contains the basic information buyers see: product name, category, price, description and images. It also shows the inventory rules and the VAT rate applied to the product.
Menu path
For an existing product:
Vendor Back Office → Listings and structures → Listings → select the listing you want to edit → General
For a new product:
Vendor Back Office → Listings and structures → Listings → New nightly accommodation, New space or service by time slot or New equipment or space by time or by use
The new-product screen, titled New listing until the first save, opens directly on General, with the category already set.
Before you enter values
An Owner creates products of three types: nightly accommodation, spaces or services by time slot, and equipment and spaces by time or by use. The product is created from one of the three type buttons, which set its category: Nightly accommodation, Spaces and services by time slot or Equipment and spaces by time or by use.
Choose the content language before entering the customer-facing name and description.
Keep Company details complete before publishing. The business phone requires an international prefix. Select the VAT rate for each activity you perform in the company profile. The profile can be saved with an activity left unset, but a product in that activity cannot be published until its VAT rate is selected.

Images
Use Select images to upload or choose product images. Images are the visual media managed on this public product path.
Inventory and booking availability
A product in Nightly accommodation or Spaces and services by time slot can show that warehouse inventory is not used: availability for the service is controlled in Booking configuration, not by the In stock quantity.
Do not use stock quantities as a substitute for booking capacity, available dates or concurrent-booking limits.
Save and continue
Use the product's main Save action. After saving, open only the next tab relevant to the product:
- Options for buyer choices;
- Extra info for guest information, tourist tax and identity setup;
- Booking configuration for availability and booking rules, but only for a bookable product.
Fix common problems
If booking tabs are missing, the product was not created as a bookable type. Its category cannot be changed afterwards: create a new product with New nightly accommodation or New space or service by time slot. The Time and use tab belongs to New equipment or space by time or by use and appears after the first save.
The category cannot be changed after creation. To offer the same space the other way, create a new product of the other type.
If the VAT rate is missing or incorrect, open Manage your company profile and update the selector for the product's activity. The rate is declared in the company profile and applied to the product automatically.
