Use the Manager dashboard

What this page is for

The Manager dashboard is where an Owner on the Manager plan shares a pairing code, confirms or declines property-delegation proposals, and sees the Owners already entrusted.

The Manager works from this panel. There is no need to enter another Owner's account.

The dashboard is for the Manager plan. An Owner who is not on that plan uses Delegate a property to a Manager instead.

Share the pairing code

The dashboard shows the current pairing code. It starts with MGR-. Share it only with the Owner who wants to send a proposal.

The code expires after 72 hours. A new one then appears automatically. Generate a new code makes the previous code unusable at once. Existing active delegations stay in place.

The code is not enough on its own. A proposal takes effect only after the Manager confirms the delegation deed.

Confirm or decline a proposal

Proposals awaiting your confirmation lists Owners who have already sent a proposal. Open the deed, then Confirm or Decline before the stated deadline.

After confirmation, the Owner appears under Property owners you manage. After a decline, that proposal ends.

Tax declaration

The dashboard can ask how the Manager operates with Owners. Completing it is expected, but it does not block the pairing code or the rest of the dashboard.

Conditions

The dashboard appears to an Owner on the Manager plan. If the required company tax document is still missing or not yet approved, the page explains what is missing and does not show a pairing code.

This path is not an Authorized Supplier delegation. Supplier pairing uses an INS- code and covers devices and scenarios, not bookings.
